RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR 2024-2025

On Monday, May 6 all families returning for the 2024-2025 school year will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your student(s) re-enrollment process. The email will be sent to the parent/guardian who filled out last year’s online re-enrollment packet.

Please check your email inbox to locate the email from registrar@woodinvillemontessori.org.

Re-enrollment packets are due by Friday, May 24 and a packet must be submitted in order for your student to begin school in September.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is coming up soon: May 6 - 10! The Family Alliance is excited to hold the next Teacher and Staff Appreciation Luncheon on Tuesday, May 7 to show our support for the incredible teachers and staff at WMS!
 
Families may sign up to contribute spring themed dishes, beverages or snacks and drop them off between 8:30 – 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 7 at both campuses. WMS Family Alliance

A special Gala Kids Night Out event will be held in the Ginkgo classroom at Bothell Campus on Friday, May 10 from 5:30-9:45 p.m. The prices for attending are $25 for a family’s first child, $20 for the second and $15 for the third. 

This event will be held in the Ginkgo classroom on Friday, May 10 from 5:30-9:45 p.m. We will provide snacks and drinks, however pizza for dinner must be purchased when signing up. The theme is circus/carnival. The movies that we will be watching are The One and Only Ivan and Madagascar. We have a limit of 50 attendees, so we apologize if the sign-up is full; registration is now open on CampBrain. The event is open to all WMS students from age 5 through 6th grade. Pre-registration is required. Drop-ins will not be accommodated. https://wms.campbrainregistration.com/

WMS is excited to announce that there will be two music performances on Thursday, May 30 at the Northshore Performing Arts Center in Bothell. Our WMS music teacher, Valerie Wheeler, is preparing students in class for this experience. Kindergarten, Lower Elementary and Upper Elementary students will have the opportunity to perform in separate groups, at one of our performance times.

Families of Kindergarten, Lower Elementary and Upper Elementary students should reference their invitation email from WMS and view the RSVP form for information on reserving tickets. Families should RSVP by April 25.

In early May, we will open the remaining tickets for each performance to all WMS families. If your family does not have a student performing and you would like to join the waitlist for the remaining tickets, please submit your information here: https://forms.office.com/r/NayzvvufJT.
